Friend,

I just want to let you guys know that I'm back in now and will proceed to update the
team spread sheet and send out links. I will also respond to some of the emails
I rec'd during the day. Please be patient and I will get to you. I'm the only one running
the team build so it does take up a large chunk of my time but it's worth it so please, give
me some time and I'll get to your email.

I will also be going through the list and flag those people who have not upgraded in the
24 hours from the time I send their link.  If you have received a link, please sign up
asap and send me your referral link and I'll get you upgraded on the spread sheet. Most
have received their two referrals rather quickly but with a large group that signed up
and didn't upgrade, that has set us back a bit. No worries though, we're in this for the long
run and everyone will get their 2.

I will also be updating the welcome page as people are joining the team and then 
demanding they get a link right away. Some even get down right nasty if they don't get their
link within 15 minutes of signing up. I'm on early in the morning and most of the evening
but I do need 9 hours out of my day to work my day job so I need to communicate that to
our future team members what they can expect.   I will do that tonight.

If you didn't get a link and you see your name in yellow, please email and let me know.
I can't fix it if I don't know it's broke. I know some members email probably went into their spa.m
folder so please check that as well.

Lastly, thanks to all those that are advertising!! Some have even invested in paid advertising and that
is a sign of a  true team player. All our active members are team players but some of you have taken it to the
next level. Thank you! Don't forget about the conference calls. You guys rock and I need to get to work
now tending to our team build. I have a feeling that this is going to explode as members are getting the
word out about the great advertising they're getting for dirt cheap so hang on folks, this could be a wild
ride for us!
