Hello Team!

I would like to welcome all our new members to the team. We're excited to have you a part
of such a special opportunity and look forward to a long term relationship in which we hope
that we can help make you financially independent.  I think 2016 will be a very good year for
us.   

I have concentrated on filling the abandon accounts in the team build so that we may plug some
of the holes. Now, it's time to build deep again so that we can get those who have recently joined,
their 2 referrals. With that said, I will be changing the team capture page (Done)to reflect that. I'm also
going to change it up a little so that we keep things fresh and attractive.  If time permits, I may even build 
a new capture page in addition to our current page.

and all of our members will have privy to Advertising Real Estate they can use to sell. Companies,
or individuals, will be able to purchase their entire advertising page complete with the ability to

3 months, 6 months or 12 months.
For 3 months, it's $99.00 and you make $30.00 commissions.
For 6 months, $180.00 and you make $75.00 commissions.

I would like to thank all those that are advertising the team link. It's because of members like you
is the reason that we will be successful! Thank you again! However, I would like to note that 
some of our team members have ceased to advertise our team link and our growth has reflected that.
We have went from over 20,000 hits a day to less than 5000. We need to do better Friend!! 
 
Have you been to our Facebook lately? Please drop by and add some content. Lets attract some
more members to our group. Everyone has access to advertising materials so lets post to some
of the many groups that are out there. Facebook is a good venue to advertise our team build... we
just need to DO IT!!

Friend, This is a team build that is committed to long term growth. We will continue to push
GoBig7 until they are no longer viable. I don't see them shutting down anytime soon so we are
in this for the long haul. This team build is going to take much patience and commitment on your
part but in the end, it will pay off. We just have to stick with it.  

Now, lets be honest here, I get bummed out just like you when I look in my back office and see the
inactive accounts on the rise from people quitting but I think this is a good thing because it will
weed out those that are not committed. I know that a lot of those that dropped from
the team have done so because they expect almost instant earnings and that is just not possible
with our type of team build. As we build deeper, we start to get wide thus that is why it takes so
long to get 2 people under you and 2 under them and so on. But if we don't give up, we can do
this Friend! That's why I can't say this enough... advertise, advertise, and advertise some more!!
This is the key to our growth and will dictate how fast we see success!     

I have stressed this from the beginning that with our unique team build, we need to have patience
and be prepared for the long haul. It's just the nature of our build. And the beauty of it all is that it
is a very affordable 7 bucks a month. Even if it took 2 years and $168.00 later, I think that is worth
the financial independence that we're all seeking! Don't you? This is a business and we must build
it as such! Please do your part and advertise the team link!!! PLEASE!!! We need everyone to
participate if we expect to see success!

As of today, we have received 1,801,630 hits to our team website. We're closing in on 2 million
hits since we started and the credit goes to you guys. It shows that we have dedicated members that
want our team to see success.  Considering that there is no hit requirement, I'm pretty impressed
with our efforts but again, we have fallen below 5000 hits a day now and we must pick that up.
