Grab a pen and paper and walk room-by-room through your house and make a list of all the annoying little things that have needed doing for a while.
Sort the list into ‘DIY’ and ‘outsource’ and, if you need tradespeople to come, make the phone call and book someone in. It’s an amazing feeling when ‘everything just works’.
