Day 10 - Career & Business
Towards Inbox Zero
A week ago we looked at bringing order to your immediate work-space.

Turn now to your inbox. Information overload is one of the single biggest, work-related stress-triggers that we face, and there are steps that we can take to wrangle this, in 15-minute bursts.

Get Into Action!
  1. Sort your inbox by ‘sender’ and for 15 minutes do nothing but delete unwanted messages, unsubscribing from any regular email updates and newsletters that you receive but do not read.

  2. See how many emails you can trash in 15 minutes and post your number in the Facebook group or Members’ Hub.

  3. While it’s unlikely that you’ll achieve ‘Inbox Zero’ during one 15-minute block, you can calculate how long it will take you, based on the number of emails you delete during this challenge, and how many you have remaining. Schedule as many 15-minute blocks of time as you’ll require into your calendar now.
