Have A Go!
One of the top reasons that people avoid exercise is boredom, and one of the reasons we become bored is because we stick to the same activities all the time.

Get Into Action!
  1. Spend 15 minutes researching free (or inexpensive) trial classes of various physical activities in your local area. Pick one and book it in.
  2. It could be an adult ballet class, or rock-climbing, or belly-dancing or bom-funk or spin cycling. It could be a gym session or running group or yoga class or swim class. It could even be pole dancing!
  3. Whatever it is, choose something that involves movement of a kind that you haven’t done before (or haven’t done for a long time). And, as always, ensure that you have a doctor’s checkup before embarking on any new exercise.
