The rear delts are a tough muscle to hit effectively.
Pressing exercises tend
to focus on the front and side delts and rear laterals with dumbells can be
tricky
to feel. This version uses an EZ bar to allow you to spot yourself to really
force
the contraction more effectively in the rear delts.
