One and a Quarter Reps on the Barbell Bench Press for Maximizing

A good portion of the normal barbell bench press is actually focused on the
triceps (the top portion). This technique allows you to spend more time in
the more productive range of motion for the pecs...the bottom...using a very
simple quarter rep technique. This is surprisingly tough and very effective
for the chest.
