Subject: My "secret" exercise for maximizing arm size and bicep peak!
And I've got the
word "secret" in quotes because it's totally not a
secret...it's just
that nobody ever uses this exercise because you have to use
a lot less weight in
order to do it right!
That exercise is
the Reverse
Curl, and it really CAN hold the key to maximizing
your arm size and improving your bicep peak.
It does this by targeting
the brachialis muscle, which sits deep to your lower bicep.
When you develop this muscle, it pushes the bicep up from underneath,
increasing
the height (and drama ;) of your flexed bicep.
It was a favorite of Arnold for maximizing his insanely peaked biceps.
Anyway, now that
you know the exercise, I've got a killer technique for putting
it to work.
I call it the Range-of-Motion
