Subject: My best fat-loss workout and some cool free stuff for you...

My very favorite fat-loss workout is something I call Fat-Loss Circuit Training.
And if you're familiar with it, you know exactly WHY :)...

I'll give you a hint...you take weight training and cardio and smash them up into the same
workout so that you're doing BOTH pretty much at the same time. It's incredibly effective
for fat loss.

It makes you rapidly switch between major energy systems in your body and cranks your
metabolism up something fierce. I did a session of it a few hours ago and I'm still almost
sweating from it...and I say "almost" because I'm sitting under a ceiling fan right now to
keep myself from actually sweating!
