Inwards Band-Resisted Chin-Ups

You'll be digging right into the lower lats with this version of
the chin-up done using a couple of bands to add inwards-pulling
tension onto the lats. If you have a hard time building the lower
aspect of your lats, you'll get a lot out of this exercise.
