Elevated Feet Close-Grip Push-Ups in the Rack

This a great bodyweight exercise for targeting the triceps with
substantial resistance. By using the rack rails for the setup, it
allows you to use body position to increase the load over the
normal close grip push-up, as well as change the angle of the
movement.
