Decline/Incline Bench Push-Pulls for Core

This is cross-tension core training at it's best. By using two
directly antagonistic movements at the same time, you'll force
your abdominal muscles to transfer and resist the opposing forces
being placed on the body. You can do it on a flat bench...these
versions are decline and incline bench.
