One-Arm Hammer Planks

This is a very simple and VERY challenging core exercise. It's a
variation of the plank that targets the anti-rotation function of
the deep core muscles (obliques and transversus). This is an
excellent one for developing core strength and stability and will
challenge even a very strong core.
