Subject: I've been totally guilty of this...

Yep, totally guilty...

...and that's doing a "pump" workout before going out at night.

Been a LONG time since I've done that (going all the way back to college days) but to
my mind, there's no shame in it.

You train to look good (and be healthy, of course...health is one of the side benefits of
training to look good ;) so why not embrace it!

So right now, I've got a nice sample workout for you from my friend Ryan Magin...it's a
sample workout from his book "Pre-Party Pump."

You can download that workout for free here (it's a PDF file so just right click on the
link and choose "save target as")

The workouts in his book aren't designed to build mass or burn fat...they're designed
to make you look all "jacked" and "swole" and a bunch of other words I never use in
real life ;).

And they work.
