Subject: I don't know what's wrong with this guy...seriously...

And that guy is my friend Craig Ballantyne, creator of the Turbulence Training fat-loss
system. He and I go WAY back...all the way to the early days of the Internet (circa 2001...
pretty much Stone Age) and I have to say, he's always been one of the trainers I most
respect in this business.

Now, if you're not familiar with TT, it's an excellent concept....the idea essentially being
that in order to lose fat without hitting plateaus, you must create "turbulence" in your
body, never allowing it to fully adapt to any one style of training and never using
steady-state training.

Your body is smart...it adapts VERY quickly and if you don't give it a reason to adapt
(i.e. through "turbulence"), it'll very quickly grind down your fat loss results.

I love this concept. I know it's for real and I know Craig's TT programs are for real.

So anyway, the reason I don't know what's wrong with him is this...

I was talking to him last week and asked him if he could set up a special deal for my
subscribers on one of the best (I think) versions of his Turbulence Training system...

...the one on "Metabolic Resistance Training."

He said "sure" and proceeded to give me a link for 92% OFF the regular price...7 bucks.

(dude, seriously...7 bucks? That's awesome)

And you'll get THREE books out of it..."Metabolic Resistance Training", "Bodyweight
Cardio" and "Metabolic Finishers."

I don't know what's wrong with him, but I'm glad it is :) That's a killer deal...

What is Metabolic Resistance Training (MRT)...Craig explains...

"Anytime you use supersets or circuits to train with an elevated heart rate and
insufficient recovery, you are doing metabolic resistance training.

BUT, the metabolic resistance training used by Turbulence Training readers is different…

…I’ve modified the heavy metabolic resistance training and also incorporated
metabolic resistance conditioning, using lighter resistance AND less rest.

And so thanks to these short burst workouts, you build muscle and lose fat at the
same time, while getting lean and even having ripped six-pack abs, all without
cardiovascular training OR interval training.

In fact, you DON’T even need fancy, expensive equipment. Instead, you can focus
on using bodyweight exercises, dumbbell and kettlebell exercises, or even TRX
exercises. That’s a lot of variation, and perfect for keeping your muscles guessing."

Here's the link again to pick up MRT for TT for 7 bucks...

Enjoy!
