Subject: Excellent squat variation...this will destroy your legs in a good way...

Yeah, destroy in a GOOD way... ;) How many times have you heard that?

So I've got a great squat variation for you here. I call it a Staggered Step Squat.

If you have trouble getting into a deep squat due to flexibility or balance
issues, this is a nice alternative...you'll get the benefits of a deep squat
without problems.

Once you see it in action, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about. Bottom
line, it's a GREAT leg exercise.

And honestly, this is the only squat variation I've found that actually made my
hamstrings sore the first time I did it. It's tough to really involve the hams in
a squat to the degree that you feel them the next day...this exercise made it
happen.
