Subject: Build better glutes while sitting down...[for real]

If you want to build bigger, rounder, stronger glutes, and regular squats don't
seem to be getting the job done, I've got an exercise that is literally going to
kick your butt
.

I call it the "Sit On It" Dumbell Squat (not kidding...one of the most important
parts of this exercise is where you're sitting squarely on your butt) and it's going
to hit your glutes through two major avenues...

1. You'll get extreme squat depth WITHOUT the knee stress sometimes associated
with deep squatting.

2. It will force you to sit back on your heels coming out of that deep squat to
promote strong glute activation.

These two factors play a big role in recruiting the glutes during a squatting
movement...if you can't squat deep and you can't sit back, you're not going to
get the glute development you're looking for from the squat.

This exercise is going to take care of that problem BIG TIME.
