With this setup tip I'm going to share with you today, you could
literally handle 10 to 20% more weight IMMEDIATELY in the
Incline Dumbell Bench Press.

And, all things being equal, more resistance means more growth in
that "hard-to-get-at" upper chest.

This tip is going to make you stronger...it's going to make the dumbells
easier to get into position...and it's going to be MUCH easier on your
