Reverse Band Dumbell Flyes

The stretch position of the dumbell flye is the
best part of the exercise. This method
of using bands allows you to hold that bottom position more comfortably while
getting
a great stretch on the pecs. It also allows you to use heavier weight so that
as the
bands go slack, you get more resistance on the pecs on the upward movement.
