Single Dumbell "Bell" Gripping Reverse Curls

This is an alternative way to do the reverse curl exercise, if you don't
have a barbell or if you want some additional grip and finger work. This
single dumbell version is better than use two dumbells because of the
ability to lock down your hands and keep your elbows in to keep tension on
the target muscle.
