Alright, so now that I've exhausted all the magazine-cover clichés, let's get
down to business.
If your focus is functional training or pure strength training and you're not
concerned about aesthetics, you can skip this one. It's not about function or
strength.
This is an exercise to do ONLY if your want your chest to look like it's carved
out of a granite block (ok, couldn't resist one more cliché ;).
It's a mash-up version of the flye and cable cross-over done in a very specific way
so as to take all the shoulder stress out of the movement.
It also uses a very sneaky elbow trick to force your chest into the most optimal
position for isolating the pecs.
It's a simple exercise and VERY effective.
