Subject: 5 training tips for getting your body back after having a baby...

Got a great guest article here from my friend Holly Rigsby, who
specializes in helping new moms get back into shape, and even
better shape then they were before!

This is a topic I honestly don't have a lot of experience in...I've
never put together specific training for new mothers.

That being said, I think it's an extremely important topic in
the fitness field
simply because new moms can benefit so
tremendously from a good exercise program, not only physically
but MENTALLY as well.

So this is the reason I asked Holly to put together a few articles for
me on this subject...she knows exactly what she's doing in this department.

And if you ARE a new mother, she knows exactly what you need to
do to get back in shape as fast as possible.
