Unleashing Our Creative Minds! Maths Heuristics Skills

Time: 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.
Venue: MS East Campus @ Tampines Junction
Who should attend: P3 & P4 Students

The aim of heuristics is for students to be creative problem solvers using different mathematical strategies to solve issues, all in line with our changing and more demanding economy. In this workshop, students will learn the step-by-step process to solving a heuristic question from breaking down the question into smaller parts to choosing the correct heuristic approach to finally, checking their worked solution ensuring that they have solved the problem!

Venue: MS East Campus @ Tampines Junction 
Who should attend: P4 - P6 Students 

Through these years, we have identified the problem writing areas for students and we want you and your child to join us for this event. We want to share your burdens and work in partnership with you to prepare your child for the English Language composition examination component. In this workshop, both you and your child will learn to identify common mistakes students make in composition writing and how to avoid them. This will help you give constructive feedback when your child asks you for help!

Excel in Non-Narrative Comprehension with Summary Writing

Date: 30 Apr 2016 (Sat)
Time: 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.
Venue: MS West Campus @ 321 Clementi
Who should attend: S1 & S2 Students
