The Junior Rodeo continues a tradition of providing young people with the opportunity to participate in America’s oldest sport. In this rodeo, boys and girls between the ages of 6 and 18 test their skill, strength, coordination, and horsemanship.
They compete in accordance with the rules set by the Northern California Junior Rodeo Association to earn payouts, buckles, saddles, and points towards finals. In the process, they learn the values of sportsmanship, confidence, and competitiveness. |
