Something special for you today.  Stop!  Take a moment to pause, breathe and relax. You deserve a moment of peace.  Life has been filled with worries recently and there are always lots of things to do. But let me ask you this...  How often do you take time out to recharge?  Here’s How to Relax and Build Confidence Too  Our brains need rest. They need a change. You can travel anywhere in a moment in your mind’s eye. You can be anywhere and do anything! Where do you want to go?  So give yourself the gift of quiet relaxation and switch off. Listen to the sound of silence, to the sound of nature or to relaxing music or anything that inspires you.  Even if just for five minutes, go close your eyes and switch off.
