Hi, This week I want to talk about a very important subject which is becoming even more important each day. Mental health. What do you understand it means? Your mental health is just as important as your physical health but are you giving enough thought to the health of your mind? The world around us is feeding us negative messages and the media focuses on its negative agenda. What does this do to your mental state? Stress. Pressure of work and family. Challenges of life. Change. Coronavirus. Finances. So much can drain you if you don’t protect yourself. What can you do to help protect your mental health?
