Welcome to my inspiring self esteem message this week!
I’ve got a couple of things for you this week. Let’s start by looking at self improvement, that’s what this newsletter is all about.
Self improvement has two parts but you can get lost in the first part and make slow or no progress. This part is reflection and also includes things like reading and learning more in order to help yourself understand your problem and what you need to do to improve it.
One thing here, don’t think about “fixing”, think about improving. BIG difference. Slow steps. Moving forward.
Reflection and learning are the thinking parts, the biggest step and most important is taking ACTION. That first step and then following it with the next and the next…
