This week I’d like you to think not about yourself but about what you do for others.

Recently we talked about companionship. Being a good companion and friend is one of the greatest gifts you can give. Everyone can give this gift, we can all be a best friend or more if we choose.

But this week I want to remind you that you can give a special gift just as important. Kindness.

My messages are about building your self esteem. Most advice concerns how you think about yourself and how YOU feel, but today my message is all about others. How they feel, and what they need.

Being kind costs nothing but time, it is easy, opportunities to be kind exist everywhere you go. You can be kind to a stranger or to someone you know.

Kindness is beautiful and creates a beautiful you inside. Kindness is selfless. Do not be kind to others in order to receive anything. Do not expect anything for your kindness, give it freely.
