Watch the Gratitude Journal video nowToday’s message: Go beyond your comfort zone (even at home!)If we weren’t in strange times and restricted by what we can do, I would be saying to you exactly the same as I will today. Even at home, you can challenge yourself to move forward and improve your life. You can develop your skills and learn by using the extra time you may have right now while at home during this pandemic.
This week I want to encourage you to start something new. Something challenging, even a bit scary.
It’s easy to sit on the couch, watch TV and waste time doing nothing. This is the path to unhappiness, low self esteem and possibly depression. But you should get up and take action!
We’ve talked about meditation, affirmations, self hypnosis and other things to put your mind in the right place. But what can you do RIGHT NOW to make your life better?
All self improvement requires you to go beyond your comfort zone. All around the world people are finding new ways to work at home and take up hobbies and activities and share that with others online.
I am making videos and reaching out to you at home wherever you live, you can do that too.
What do you fear, but that would help you in life? Speaking in public, talking in front of a camera, giving lessons, helping others….? You can do ALL of these online.
Your comfort zone limits you. It makes you invisible. Show the world who you are, dare to start on your project whatever it is. Right now! There has never been a better time.
The world is in crisis. We all need to stand up and help each other. I want to help you as much as I can. Not many answered my call for questions that I can answer in a
Live Q and A session. If you want me to do that, please
send me your question by email. If I get some questions from you I will plan this session, if not I will cancel it.
Let’s finish with a few quotes to motivate you and then a link to a new page I have completely rewritten and updated.
“When was the last time you did something for the first time.” Anonymous
“If you want something you’ve never had, then you’ve got to do something you’ve never done.” Anonymous
“Your life does not get better by chance. It gets better by change.” Jim Rohn
“The shell must break before the bird can fly.” Alfred Tennyson
