Subject: This is necessary...

First this week, before I come to my special message, here’s some news from me to you. I’ve just finished rewriting and updating my article “How to Deal with Victim Mentality” so if you are going through life feeling like a victim make sure to check out the new article here:

How to Deal with Victim Mentality (Brand new and updated).

I’ve also been contemplating reintroducing my one to one life coaching sessions, I’d love to know if you might be interested to learn more. I used to do these a few years back, and they were quite popular. Let me know if this is something you’d like me to do again. Just shoot me an email.

OK, today’s special message for you. Building self esteem means becoming your own best friend. No. I’m serious! Let me ask you this:

Do you enjoy your own company?

Spending time with a friend is a pleasure and something to treasure. Spending time with you should be the same. It’s time to get to know who you are and what you like to do with your spare time.

Do you like spending time alone?

It’s good to be relaxed about being alone. This should be an opportunity to touch base and time to reflect and relax. No interruptions from that crazy world!

This week take time to get away and find time to be alone. This is necessary. I’m not saying stop being with others, no, just spend some time on your own and the rest in company with others. That’s a healthy balance and good for your mental health.

Before I go, I noticed I’ve got 199 subscribers to my channel on YouTube. Who’s going to be number 200? Go check out the videos I’ve posted recently, and subscribe here.

“Sometimes you need to sit lonely on the floor in a quiet room in order to hear your own voice and not let it drown in the noise of others.”
