Easter has passed, now we have Spring. Rebirth and everything begins to grow again as the weather slowly heats up. Nature comes alive after the stillness and quiet of winter.
With things as they are right now, you might be forgiven to be less optimistic, stuck inside and limited in what you feel you can do. But take a look outside and see how the world continues, it changes and flowers begin to bloom. |

The cycle of life in all its beauty continues, no one can stop that. But what about you? Is the joy and energy of Spring and the renewal of nature inside you?
On my last video, and in my last message I talked about using time wisely. Expanding your mind and learning new things. In this way you renew your mind and thoughts. From your learning a new and better you can emerge. |

Forget winter, its behind us now. Turn your face towards the warming rays of the sunshine, and the fresh spring breeze when you go out into the garden or onto the balcony. If you have neither, then at least open the window and breathe. Be optimistic, this is only temporary. The seasons exist permanently and so do we. |

So if you feel down at all today. Pick yourself up and marvel at nature. Surely there is design and beauty there. Think about the hope of days to come and forget the sadness and fear if only for a moment or two.
I wish you and your family a lovely weekend.
Speak again very soon!
