Hi there!
And... the results are in!
I am not too sure if you remember, but I sent an email last time to ask for your opinions in a survey.
My aim was to understand and serve all of you better, so thank you so much for participating in the survey!
If you didn’t, it’s okay!
I counted and there were about 30 answers to the survey so you had a one in ten chance of winning an e-copy of my book Self Esteem Secrets: 12 Steps to Success.
Congratulations to Peter, Kathryn and Mercy for winning a copy of my book!
How many will answer the next time I send you a survey? Maybe I’ll be congratulating you next time!
I do this every now and again when I need to know what you, my readers are thinking, what’s important to you and what you need right now. This will help me serve you better, whether by offering you free resources or creating a course for you etc.
Here are some key insights that have been revealed by the
survey results. I must say some of the results really took me by surprise.
Question #1:
What is your biggest problem at the moment?
Confidence - 32%
Relationships - 18%
Self Esteem - 14%
Negative thoughts - 14%
Financial problems - 10%
Work related problems - 7%
Wow, I didn’t expect this! Great ideas there and I will focus on providing help for you on the top four topics above.
Question #2:
Which topics are you most in need of help with?
Results:
Self confidence 64%
Negative thinking 64%
Self esteem 50%
Communication 26%
Relationships 14%
Quite a similarity with the first question. Confirms those results and it seems that negative thinking is something I need to help you all with in connection with confidence and other issues.
Question #3:
What should i create for you?
Results:
Checklist 35%
Report 32%
Quotes 21%
Other 10%
This is helpful as I shall concentrate first on checklists and then reports for you on the above topics.
Now, question #4 asked if other above, explain what you want...
Here are the top and most helpful suggestions:
Help me to identify repetitive negative thoughts and a way to recognise when I do this.
Assertive responses to negative comments, name calling or being made fun of
Being confident in my communication and standing up for myself
Interesting stuff... there’s a pattern here :)
So, I have listened to your ideas. Thanks I hope it will be helpful to you.
Before I go, one last thing:
Take a look at this I’ve recently written about being more optimistic:
