Hi Friend,

I have to apologize first for not sending you a regular weekly message
recently. I hope this one will make up for those I missed sending you.

I have been away working and for the last few weeks travelling back home in
the UK. Now I am back now! So let me ask you:

Are there questions in your head?

What kind of questions keep coming into your mind and how do you answer
them?

I am just like you and have many questions in my head. Now these questions
may be positive or negative. But they need to be answered. Don't ignore
them.

If a negative question comes into your mind, how do you react? Do you
become negative and add more of these questions? Or do you answer them
positively and laugh at them?

Do these questions help you or hurt you? Do they confuse you or make you
feel insecure?

The way you talk to yourself and answer the questions in your head can
build your self esteem or destroy it, so it is so important to know how to
react to negative questions that life brings to you.

One thing I would say to you is that there are ALWAYS two ways to look at
something, negatively or optimistically. The choice is YOURS.

Don't let the questions in your head rule you or allow them to create fear
in you. Stop to answer positively and strongly to help improve your self
esteem.
