Hi again! This week more than ever I have a simple, but important message for you.

Take care of yourself!

This has become so important in the last few weeks. But today I’d like to talk about taking care of yourself on a deeper level. It is not just protecting yourself from the virus out there. You should also take care of your mind and your spirit as well as your body.

Self care means putting your needs as a top priority and this is all part of being kind to yourself.

Keeping your mind active with new and interesting activities, learning new skills and developing yourself as a person are all important. Your self esteem builds as you feed it with healthy and challenging habits. Your mind needs to be energized and then your whole outlook will change.
