Hi Friend,
Are you looking for new ways to build your self esteem?
If you are reading this most probably this is EXACTLY what you
are looking for but do you know where the best ideas that will
work for you are? They are inside you. Today's message is all
about trying to take action that WILL move you forward to more
self esteem and all that would mean for you.
So let me ask you an important question:
What would make you feel better about yourself today?
When you answer this don't give a general answer like "More
money" or "more friends", be exact and write down what exactly
you think is the most important single thing that would make you
feel happier with yourself and your life.
When you have written it down in detail then imagine it
happening, see it and feel it.
When you know exactly what is going to help YOU build your self
esteem, even if it seems impossible, you have a choice. The big
choice facing you then is are you going to take positive action
to help yourself or not?
Remember that you always have the choice of doing nothing but if
you want to build your self esteem it requires positive action.
Get clear about what you want to change and then think about what
small step you can take today to move just a bit closer to that
vision of a happier you.
So that question once more:
"What change in your life would most make you feel better about
YOU?"
Your self esteem will grow as you move closer to living a life
you can accept and as you feel positive about what you are.

is:
