Take a Risk Are you thinking about a change in your life?
Hesitating? Worried about what might go wrong?
Turn your thinking on its head and stop thinking about risks because everything is risky. The things worth having in this life always carry a risk. Staying safe means you cut the risks but you also stop any chance of improvement.
One major problem is that the risk you think exists may be bigger in your mind than in reality. Often the risks you believe you face may just be excuses for not getting started.
Consider the risks you run everyday. There are hundreds of them, yet you get out of bed and face the day. Most of the risks do not happen but they are always there.
If risks are real then you have to decide if it is worth taking the chance. Consider what the risk of doing nothing is? What is the risk of continuing to stay safe and of making no changes? Of doing the same thing because you know what will happen?
Life is risky. Accept it. Don't rush into unnecessary risks, but at the same time don't be scared by them if they are realistic. Understand that there are alternatives if your plans don't work.
So don't let the fear of risks stop you from progressing, from changing and growing. No risk, no adventure, no gain and no life. Just be prepared.
