A few days ago I was watching "Indiana Jones and the Last
Crusade". Remember that movie? I love it. At one point in the
film Indiana has to take a leap of faith and step off the edge of
a cliff believing that he will be able to cross over a ravine...

Conquering your fears and lack of confidence is like that. A
step into the unknown. You'll only be able to overcome the fear
inside and your lack of confidence when you take that leap of
faith.

Leaps of faith are necessary all the time. Even if you're afraid
prepare yourself as best you can and take that step forward. The
courage IS within you but negative thinking and self-doubt
prevent you from choosing to move forward.
