Hi Friend,
1. today I'd like to ask you if this is you:
Do you constantly tell yourself you could have done this better
or said that better. Do you spend time worrying how others will
respond to you? And when you have a bad day do you go over and
over what happened and wish that you had done things
differently?
Are you ever satisfied with what you do? Could it always have
been better?
If any of the above describes you then you are a perfectionist...
It's good to want to improve but not good at all to criticize
yourself and judge your performance so harshly.
Here's a quote:
“People throw away what they could have by insisting on
perfection, which they cannot have, and looking for it where they
will never find it” (Edith Schaeffer)
Don't deny yourself the joy of life by seeking perfection. Let go
and admit that you are not perfect and indeed nothing in this
world is. Accept that and allow yourself to be happy with your
best even if your best is less than perfect.
Just imagine how different your life would be without the stress
you put on yourself by trying to be perfect. Imagine being happy
with yourself and satisfied that your best is always good enough..
If you are asking yourself now, "how can I actually stop being a
perfectionist. I've tried everything but I couldn't change?"
Then I suggest you try this:

I hope you'll give the download above a shot because it will help
you let go of perfectionism and open the door to more happiness.
Before I go here's one more quote for you:
“In nature, nothing is perfect and everything is perfect. Trees
can be contorted, bent in weird ways, and they're still
beautiful.” Alice Walker
