We’ve talked about low self esteem and how it is closely connected with depression.
One super way of coping with the difficult times and reconnecting with who you are is through meditation. Have you ever tried it?
Breathing can be one part of meditation and by changing your breathing pattern, you can change your mood. Did you know that?
You energise yourself with breathing exercises, you can clear your mind. Meditation adds to the breathing exercises to help you reset your mind and body. It can create calm and peace which are healing forces.
Depression is a manifestation of anger, disappointment, regret and overthinking negatively. It is a combination of many negative emotions which make you feel you have no control over your life and so it becomes pointless. Meditation and breathing exercises can restore balance and bring you closer to being content.
