Social Anxiety I've been unable to write for almost two weeks as I've been busy with various projects and other responsibilities. Sorry.
Today I'm back with some help for those of you who may suffer from social anxiety. That is, anything that causes you to worry about social meetings or communication.
Some advice:
The best way to gain self-confidence is to do what you are afraid to do.
Yes, go ahead and face that fear and just do it!

There are always problems, don't worry about them just work to overcome them.
