I’m back after a brief absence last week as I have to confess I started a new job teaching part-time at a University in Cambridge. Despite this I have been working on my site and I hope you will be able to see the results of this soon.
I want to talk this week about this:

You are in control of the direction you take and how you act so make things better for you in this way. You cannot control every aspect that you don’t like. Accepting is part of the necessary journey for all of us. Be happy with who you truly are but try to improve where you can.
We all feel down sometimes but the important thing is to pick yourself up and look after yourself before your feelings drag you into depression. That is a black hole that I wouldn’t wish for anybody.
I have just published a brand new page which I am excited about because I know it is important to understand when you feel down that you have the power to be kind to yourself and help yourself to become positive again before it becomes more serious.
