Hey Friend,
This week I want to talk to you about what shapes you, it's so important but first a quote:
“You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.”
― Jim Rohn
That is such a powerful thing to know. So the question I have for you today is:
Who are you spending your time with?
You should try to spend your time with those who will support you and not criticize you or cause you to feel bad
about yourself. Are you spending time with positive or negative people?
It's time to think about who you choose to be around. It's important for your well-being. Those around you should inspire you.
So this week please think about this. If you have a choice to spend time with someone be careful to make a good choice.
Sometimes, though, you may have to spend time with people who are not good for you, for example at work. What if those people
criticise you? What do you do then?
Well there is help here:

If you click on the link and find it helpful then please share it, thank you!
Until next time,
