Feel good about yourself
Last time we talked about forgiving others and how to stop pushing away those who love you and support you. This week, to continue, I want to help you feel better about yourself and who you are. That is not to say that you can't improve, we all can and should!
I don't want to touch too much on politics or events that have happened this week but enough to say that the world appears to be in trouble. Are you unhappy about the way things are going in the world? I would be surprised if you answered yes.
I asked myself again this week, what can we do to change things and make it a better world where everybody lives together in peace? The conclusion I came to is we can do only one thing...
Become better people ourselves, be honest, be loving and help those around us. We can only change the world by first changing ourselves. So I ask you this week if you want the world to change direct your actions and thoughts towrds helping others. Act with LOVE in your heart. Perhaps if we do this we can affect others in a positive way and start to change this world.
