Last week we talked about the problem of becoming a people pleaser.
This time I want to give you a big secret to fixing low self esteem.
You see, the biggest problem of low self esteem is that you may not value yourself enough to be effective when you interact with others.
Looking for answers inside you, outside of you becomes impossible when you are focused on yourself. The secret I want to tell you is that you can fix your low self esteem by doing one thing.
Giving.
Give what, you might ask?
Give yourself. The real you. Give yourself to others.
Give your time, your company, your friendship.
Even if you believe you have nothing to give, think again. Your smile could make someone’s day. Did you know that? A kind word could make someone feel happy. Encouragement might make someone more confident.
Stop trying to improve what you have, or getting more. Start giving more of yourself. Others will appreciate this.
The secret to fixing your self esteem is to give. Freely and generously.
There are limits of course because not everyone can receive or appreciate your giving.
In this spirit, I want to give you something.
I’ve just finished writing a new guide:

Go check it out and let me know if you find it useful!

Have a great day!
