Asking yourself
questions is one of the most powerful things you can do to boost your
self esteem.
So go ahead now and
ask yourself these questions:
1. why are you
letting your low self esteem control you?
You should be
controlling it. Gain control and move onto the path that builds your
confidence. Don’t submit, fight back.
2. what are your
three biggest strengths?
Consider what you
are good at and what makes you great. How can you use those abilities
mucj more?
3. what should you
let go of?
Is there anything
that holds you back and causes you to feel bad about yourself? Think
about things that you should let go of and this will push you forward
if you can.
