Respect Yourself!
this
week I want to remind you how important it is to respect yourself.
We
are taught as children that we need to respect others but what about
you?
Do
you respect yourself? Your self esteem will remain poor and your life
will be much worse if you don't.
Let's
find out what respecting yourself means to you.
That
nagging voice in your head that you hear, is it honest with you or is
it lying to you about how negative everything is. Does it criticise
you and and everything you do?
Respecting
yourself is being honest about who you are and what you want. If you
do have a fault then accept it and deal with it.
Respecting
yourself means taking care of your mind and your body. Cultivate
better thinking that helps and inspires you to create a better world
for you and those you love.
Most
of all, look for peace within. Enjoy being alone sometimes and doing
the things you enjoy. Get to know who you are, and get to like that
person.
