Ok this week I am back with another message for you and the topic is
extremely important.
I heard someone say
that we all self-harm and this shook me for a moment because it is
true.
In some way we all
are unkind and hurtful towards ourselves and your level of self
esteem and your happiness is affected by how you treat yourself.
Self hate and low
self esteem are ingredients in the mix which can cause depression.
So I want you to ask
yourself how kind or unkind you are to you.
Think about this
before answering as you need to reflect on this and answer honestly.
No point in decieving yourself!
How do you talk to
yourself, what do you say? Are those words encouraging or hurtful and
unkind?
You need to support
and help yourself not damage your confidence and motivation. Try
saying something positive or something you like about who you are,
there is always something if you think. Kind words from others are
precious and kindness from you is priceless!
