My message this week is a clear one, yet one that I struggled with for many years. Perhaps you have too?

For many years, as you may know, I wrote about self-esteem and self-confidence. I know what it is to face the world despite fear inside. After my struggles and upon reaching the age of .....I'd rather not say..... I want to say this to you:

Don't ever be afraid to be YOU! When you are true to who you really are inside, your life will finally be wonderful. It is easy to live this way, but not easy to find the courage to refuse to do what others want you to.

"Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become." Steve Jobs.

Trust what you know in your heart and act according to the values you hold dear.

Reject the negativity of others and go for your dreams! Don't stop until you get there.

I hope that this week this brief message is helpful to you. Please be kind and be a friend to yourself. It's a world that throws all kinds of obstacles at us, but just see them as temporary setbacks and you'll be fine.
