Tech Team Leaders are Gearing up for a New Adventure

Refitting the newly acquired Tech Trailer, last Spring, allowed us to finally load the 'people-mover' for use at all STM Summer Get Away locations. This 15-foot long golf cart, equipped with a ramp to load a wheelchair, is such a blessing!

Here we are in 2023. Just a few minor adjustments to the Tech Trailer and supplies and we will be "off to the races."

I'm reminded of these bible verses...

"I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus."

"And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of our faith."

In May we start with Oklahoma, in a new location. Followed by Florida. Only a week in between and we’ll be working at Wisconsin Summer Get Away. Leaving a week later, we travel to NE Region, at Toah Nipi Retreat Center. (I just love that name). Then, we return home for a few weeks before leaving for Kentucky at Camp Horsin' Around. Finally, it's back-to-back weeks in Ohio, back at the familiar Heartland Retreat Center, and Georgia at, yet another, new campground Timber Lake Retreat Center.

This does not include the in-between events that happen! This journey will have taken us on a number of different Mission Trips, right here in the good ol' USA!

At STM we recognize the value God has blessed us with in our team of Ministry leaders. As such, we take pride in the work each person on this team does - each and every day.

The Special Touch Ministry Tech Team plays a critical role when it comes to providing supplies, equipment, and behind-the-scenes support to the Summer Get Away program. Their dedication and commitment to ministry is beyond admirable, and we could not be more proud of them.

With that said, we are writing to ask you to support them in prayer. As they venture off (beginning this week) from one destination to another this summer, we appreciate if you would join us in praying for their safety in travel, in ministry, and in the safe operations of vehicles and equipment they are carrying and using. Thank you.

AGUSM Missionaries and Missionary Associates working with Special Touch Ministry are part of a mobilized team for the Kingdom to reach souls throughout the United States. Each one has received and responded to God’s call; each one has been given an assignment in the monumental task of reaching the lost for Christ, the discipleship of believers, and replication of ministry.

As a part of the Ministry leadership, Missionaries and Missionary Associates are supported through donations they raise.
