5 Dangerous Shoulder Exercises

Have you ever suffered from shoulder discomfort after working out - aching or sharp pain in the front of the shoulder or outside upper arm. It is often felt with overhead activities, reaching behind the back or even laying on the shoulder.

Its that Time of Year When Hands get Painful and Stiff

Know someone with painful hands in winter?
Wax bath therapy is one of the most effective ways of applying soothing heat to improve joint movement by warming the connective tissues. It is used for painful hands by our physiotherapists in conjunction with gentle mobilising techniques and a tailored exercise programme.
It is ideal to help reduce pain and maintain movement for arthritis as well as injured hands.

June is Bowel Cancer Awareness Month and June 19 is Red Apple Day

Bowel cancer claims the lives of 103 Australians every week (5,375 people a year) - but it's one of the most treatable types of cancer if found early.
While the risk of bowel cancer increases significantly with age, the disease doesn't discriminate, affecting men and women, young and old.
1 in 13 Australians will be diagnosed with bowel cancer in their lifetime. 15,604 Australians will be diagnosed with the disease this year.

Join us during Red Apple Week for complimentary apples at reception.
